My husband is getting ready to leave for Africa soon. I am getting excited for him. There is so much work to do to get ready for these trips. The trip is grueling. The preparation is very detailed.
His next mission trip will be a journey to central Tanzania. Tanzania is located on east coast of central Africa, by the Indian Ocean, below Kenya. (We were in Kenya last August.)
The church he will serve covers the eastern half of the country. The ministry will serve the people of the GWDO The Gospel Womens Development Organization, a group of 200 parishes with 80 clergy.
The head of the diocese is Bishop Chidawali. The Bishop has asked my husband to help teach his people Pastoral Theology and Basics of Healing Ministry.
My husband will live among the people for around thrity-five day, eating their food, and living in their homes.
I ask for prayers for his journey
